Delete multiplayer data

Dots & Boxes lets you permanently delete every multiplayer match connected to your Meta Instant Games player ID.

Steps

1. Open Dots & Boxes while signed in to Facebook.
2. On the game home screen, find Privacy & data.
3. Select Delete multiplayer data.
4. Read the warning and confirm deletion.

What happens

Deletion is immediate. It removes waiting, active, and completed matches where your player ID occupies either player seat. This includes player IDs, context IDs, moves, derived scores, status, revisions, and timestamps stored with those matches.

Matches are shared records, so deleting your data also removes those matches for their other participants. Deleted matches cannot be restored. Matches that receive no deletion request are automatically deleted 180 days after their last activity.
